Returns & Refunds Policy

At Wild x Wndr, each piece is made with care, intention, and a whole lot of love. As many of our products are personalised and made to order, please take a moment to check all details carefully before placing your order.

Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect name spelling, colour choice changes, or incorrect details provided at checkout.

Please ensure all names, spelling, colours, and order details are correct before submitting your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the issue.

Order Changes

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but once your order has moved into production, changes may no longer be possible.

Shipping Issues

Wild x Wndr is not responsible for delays once your order has been handed over to the postal carrier. However, if your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
