By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Wild x Wndr

Wild x Wndr creates personalised, made-to-order and small-batch products. Each piece is thoughtfully created with care, and slight variations may occur due to the handmade or customised nature of our items.

2. Product Information

We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, images, colours, pricing and availability are accurate and up to date.

Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings. As many of our products are handmade, personalised or made to order, minor variations may occur and are not considered faults.

3. Personalisation Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalisation details are entered correctly at checkout, including names, spelling, colours, initials, wording and any other custom information.

Wild x Wndr is not responsible for errors provided by the customer, including incorrect spelling or incorrect details submitted at the time of order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, however changes may not be possible once your order has moved into production.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order, but does not guarantee acceptance if there is an issue with payment, stock, product availability, or incorrect pricing.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or amend an order if required, including where:

An item is unavailable
Payment cannot be processed
Incorrect information has been provided
There is an error in pricing or product details
We are unable to fulfil the order for any reason

If your order is cancelled by us, you will be notified and refunded where applicable.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Payment must be received in full before your order is processed or produced.

6. Production Times

Many Wild x Wndr products are made to order. Production times may vary depending on the item, order volume, availability of materials and seasonal demand.

Any production timeframes provided are estimates only. We will do our best to meet these timeframes, but delays may occasionally occur.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are separate from production times.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping provider, location, public holidays, peak periods or delays outside our control.

Wild x Wndr is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once an order has been handed over for delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of many of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect spelling, incorrect colour choices, or incorrect details provided by the customer.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Under the Australian Consumer Law, businesses must meet consumer guarantees when selling products or services, and customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if those guarantees are not met.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

10. Care & Use of Products

Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided with their order.

Wild x Wndr is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect care, rough handling, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.

Some products may contain small parts, decorative elements or embellishments. These items are not toys unless specifically stated and should be used under adult supervision where appropriate.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, product designs, logos, branding, text, graphics and product descriptions, belongs to Wild x Wndr unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use our content without written permission.

12. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful, harmful, misleading or fraudulent purpose.
