At Wild x Wndr, each order is packed with care and sent with love from Australia.

Please read the below information carefully before placing your order, especially if you are purchasing a personalised or made-to-order item.

Order Processing & Production Times

Many of our products are personalised, handmade, or made to order. This means your order may require production time before it is shipped.

Our current estimated production time is 3 days. 

During busy periods, launches, sales, or seasonal peaks, production times may be slightly longer.

Please note: production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Standard Shipping: 
    • NSW: 2-4 Business days
    • Interstate: 3-6 Business days
  • Express Shipping: 
    • NSW: 1-2+ Business days
    • Interstate: 1-3+ Business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, public holidays, peak periods, or delays with the postal carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or minimum spend offers. These will be clearly shown on our website when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after your parcel has been lodged.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Wild x Wndr is not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched, however changes may not be possible once your order has been processed or shipped.

Delays, Lost or Missing Parcels

Once your order has been handed over to the postal carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Wild x Wndr is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services, courier networks, weather events, public holidays, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist with lodging an enquiry where possible.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review the matter and work with you on the next steps.
